Our banking platform wasn’t serving the needs of smaller companies. They found the platform too complex, hard to understand and tedious to use.

We created a new platform, designed to meet the needs of this customer segment. My team worked on the administration flow - ruthlessly simplifying and streamlining every part of the user experience. Below are a few key screens for one of the flows we developed. It helps admins quickly and easily add new users to the platform.

Instead of using dry, hard-to-understand banking terms, we framed the question from the admin’s perspective. This makes it easier for them to understand and answer.
